Eat Crunchy Fruits and Vegetables

Not all food is bad for your teeth. Eating crunchy fruits and veggies such as apples, celery, and raw carrots can help remove plaque and surface stains on your teeth. Even better, it doesn’t harm the enamel on your teeth and it’s healthy for you.

Swap out your Toothbrush

I usually start to replace my toothbrush once the battery inside of it stops working and it no longer vibrates. A better rule of thumb would be to replace your toothbrush every three months. Once the bristles start to droop, you know they aren’t cleaning your teeth efficiently anymore.

Gargle with Apple Cider Vinegar

A popular and natural tip for white teeth is gargling with apple cider vinegar. However, you do not want to overdo it and damage your enamel. Occasionally rinse a mixture of two parts water and one part apple cider vinegar for about a minute and you’ll notice the difference.
